Rectangle Trampoline

In a rectangle trampoline, the criss-cross setting of thee springs gives a uniform bouncing surface over the trampoline. The springs work at a different rate to give a quicker response and a more powerful lift. A rectangle trampoline is great for Gymnastic use as they give a more powerful and specialized bounce which gives the gymnast more time to perform trampoline tricks in the air.

Rectangular trampolines are therefore more suitable for professional sports training and gymnasts.

Being rectangle means the trampoline has more surface area then round trampolines for their size.
