What exactly is a trampoline
A trampoline is simply a device consisting of strong fabric stretched over a steel
frame supported by coiled springs. Trampolines are used for recreational, competitive
and health purposes.
The most important two factors when considering purchasing a trampoline are your
available budget and what you will use the trampoline for.
There are the indoor mini trampolines which are ideal for keeping in shape in the
comfort of your own home. Then there are the outdoor trampolines which can range from the popular and cheap
8 ft trampolines to the large 14 ft trampolines
and beyond that
give you a massive surface area of over 150 sq ft. Generally speaking the larger the surface area the higher the bounce. However this can come at a cost both in
price and sometimes safety.
The various types and sizes are as follows. Click on the links to learn more and

area for their diameter
then round trampolines and often come in larger sizes.

comon
then the round trampolines.

created for athelites and gymnastics. They are usually more expensive then

to come across.

Kids Trampoline - These are used by small children and are safer then the larger
trampolines as they are closer to the ground and produce less bounce.
